THE FOLLOWING BYLAW CHANGES WERE DISCUSSED:

1. Auction Date - The date for the 2008 AFL Auction on Saturday August 23, 2008 at the location selected by the winner of the 2007 Phi Bowl.

2. Player Protection: By a majority vote the league agreed to continue the policy of no player protection.

3. Franchise: By a majority vote the league agreed to continue the policy of two francihse rounds.

4. AFL Schedule: By a majority vote the league agreed to adjust the AFL Schedule to a 13 week schedule begining with Week 1 of the NFL season. The Playoff Weeks will be NFL Week 14-16. Weeks 1-3 will be non-conference play, weeks 4-6 will be division play, weeks 7-10 will be non division (within conference) play and the final three weeks (11-13) will be division play.
