THE FOLLOWING BYLAW CHANGES WERE DISCUSSED:

I. The league voted to approve the following changes to the AFL Bylaws:

A. Change the points per QB Tuchdown Thrown from 3 to 4 (effective 2010 season)

B. Add 1 point for each reception made for all players (effective 2010 season)

The meeting was adjourned and the 2009 Player Auction Began.
