Warriors, No Deductibles Teams Absent: None THE FOLLOWING BYLAW CHANGES WERE DISCUSSED: I. The league voted to approve the following changes to the AFL Bylaws: Article V: PlayoffsSection III – The lower seeded team will receive a 3.005 point bonus for home field advantage during round one and two of the play-offs. In the Phi Bowl, the participating team who has scored the most points during the playoffs will be awarded a .005 point bonus before the start of the game. If the participants have scored an equal number of points in the play-offs, the participant with the most points scored during the regular season shall receive the .005 bonus. If that fails to award the .005 bonus, the Phi Bowl participating team with the highest point total during a single play-off game will be awarded the .005 bonus. If that fails to decide the recipient of the .005 bonus, the league commissioner will decide the issue with a coin toss before the Phi Bowl. will be awarded a .005 point bonus before the start of the game.
